• You understand that we may rely on third-party providers to operate the website and services.

You agree not to use AI Video Editor for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.
• Generating, uploading, or distributing content that depicts minors in sexualized contexts or involves child exploitation material.
• Creating content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Producing non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake pornographic content, or defamatory sexualized content involving real individuals.
• Infringing intellectual property or other third-party rights, including unauthorized reproduction of protected material.
• Harassing, stalking, bullying, threatening, or abusing other individuals.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts.
• Distributing malware, viruses, harmful code, phishing content, or other malicious software or links.
• Engaging in activities that violate applicable export control, trade restriction, or sanctions laws.
• Using automated systems such as bots or scrapers to access the service without our prior written consent.
• Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the service without authorization.
• Engaging in activity that disrupts, damages, impairs, or interferes with the functionality, integrity, or availability of the service.

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without prior notice or refund.

All content generated, uploaded, or shared through AI Video Editor must comply with the following standards:

• Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Child sexual abuse material or any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors. We may report such content to relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate, sexual, explicit, defamatory, or otherwise abusive content involving real individuals.
• Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination, hostility, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Graphic violence, gore, abuse, cruelty, or content intended to glorify, incite, or sensationalize extreme violence.
• Misinformation or deceptive content intentionally designed to mislead, defraud, impersonate, or cause public harm.
• Spam, phishing content, malicious links, malware, or other harmful code or distribution mechanisms.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property or personal rights of others.

We reserve the right to review, remove, block, or restrict access to content that violates these standards at our sole discretion.

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination.

AI Video Editor uses technical and operational safeguards designed to prevent the generation, upload, or distribution of adult or unsafe content.

Automated detection systems include prompt keyword filtering, AI-assisted content scanning, and multi-stage review checks at submission, generation, and output delivery.

Flagged content may be subject to additional manual review to reduce false positives while maintaining safety standards. Users may also report content they believe violates our policies, and reports will be reviewed promptly.

Enforcement actions may include content removal, credit restoration or refund where appropriate, formal warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, reference files, generated outputs, and other content you submit or create through the service, subject to any third-party rights and provider policies that may apply.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, improving, and supporting the service.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether they are suitable for your intended use.

The website, services, and all related materials, including software, interface elements, branding, designs, text, graphics, and compilations, are owned by AI Video Editor, its affiliates, licensors, or partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the website and services for their intended purpose. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or exploit any part of the website, services, or materials.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the service, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

We may pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse, or remove content from the website or services at our sole discretion.

Any open source or third-party code incorporated into the website or services remains subject to its applicable license terms.

Some features require credits, paid plans, subscriptions, or usage-based charges. Pricing, feature limits, and credit costs are presented in the product or checkout flow.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Credits are the usage units required to access eligible features and services within AI Video Editor.

When you use generation tools or other paid features, credits will be deducted from your account based on the model, feature, settings, or service you select.

Different models and features may consume different amounts of credits, and the applicable credit cost will be shown in the product interface, pricing information, or checkout flow where relevant.

If a generation fails or returns an error, the credits used for that attempt will be automatically returned to your account.

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy.

Customers may request a refund only if they have not used our product or consumed any credits after payment.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, send an email to support@aivideoeditor.so and provide your account email address and the reason for the refund.

Upon receiving a refund request, we will review it within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Stripe processing fees and any other transaction costs or third-party charges are the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

We may provide online storage, organization, and viewing tools for generated outputs and related files, but we do not guarantee permanent storage or uninterrupted availability of any content.

You are responsible for downloading and retaining copies of content you wish to preserve. Users should download and save generated data within 5 days. We do not guarantee long-term online storage or continued access after that period.

We may stop, remove, modify, or add features to the website or services at any time, temporarily or permanently, in our sole discretion.

Continued use of the website or services after any change to the service or these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the website or services at any time, and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, created risk for the service or others, or provided false or misleading information.

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, send an email to support@aivideoeditor.so with the subject line "Account Termination Request" from the same email address registered to your account, and include the account email address and full name of the account holder.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and other continuing obligations.

The website, services, and any related products are provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. We do not guarantee that the website or services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your requirements.

We make no representation regarding the legal, commercial, or other consequences of using the website, services, or generated outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Video Editor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the website or services.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms do not create any agency, employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and AI Video Editor.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign yours without our prior written consent.

No waiver of any breach or default will be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
